Technical Recruiter

About the role

As an early recruiter at Rowspace, you will build the talent engine that fuels our next phase of growth. You’ll shape hiring strategy, partner with hiring managers, and help tell our story to candidates who are new to the company.

Key responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines and end‑to‑end recruiting processes from the ground up.
• Source, interview, and close both technical and non‑technical candidates, including senior engineers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and interview frameworks that attract top talent.
• Help define and promote Rowspace’s employer brand in the market.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup.
• Comfort evaluating engineering pipelines and partnering with technical hiring managers.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments while maintaining a great candidate experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑driven recruiting automation tools.
• Experience using modern recruiting platforms (e.g., Ashby).
