Technical Recruiter

About the role

Rillet is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build an exceptional engineering team. You will own full‑cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Engineering Leadership, partnering closely with engineering leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting across engineering domains.
• Partner with leaders to define hiring standards and search strategies.
• Map talent markets, identify top candidates, and generate interest.
• Develop deep understanding of Rillet’s product, customers, and technical challenges.
• Evaluate candidates with context, build conviction, and close hires in competitive situations.
• Diagnose and adjust search strategies quickly when needed.

• Exceptional taste in technical talent and ability to articulate why candidates stand out.
• Resourceful, creative, and persistent hunter who finds talent others miss.
• Intellectually curious about technology, product, and business.
• Self‑driven, taking ownership of searches without waiting for direction.
• Strong business judgment to prioritize Rillet’s needs.

Required skills

• Experience evaluating and closing highly sought‑after technical candidates.
• Ability to earn credibility with engineers and executives through direct communication.
