Tech Recruiter

About the role

Rundoo is looking for a Tech Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring for its R&D teams, including Engineering, Data Science and Product. You will partner directly with senior technical leaders and help shape a hiring motion that matches the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end R&D searches: intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of passive technical talent.
• Partner closely with the CTO, Head of Data Science and other R&D leaders to define hiring criteria and provide fast feedback.
• Deliver a memorable candidate experience that reflects Rundoo’s culture.
• Maintain clean pipelines in Ashby, analyze data to improve processes, and create repeatable playbooks.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience (agency or in‑house) focused on technical roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and see them through to offer.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
• Curiosity about technology stacks and the ability to discuss them credibly with candidates.
