Senior Contract Recruiter

About the role

Retell AI is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to manage a high‑volume recruiting pipeline and partner closely with hiring managers. This hands‑on, 1099 contractor position supports both remote work and onsite collaboration in Redwood City, operating on Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 30+ candidate intro calls weekly, presenting Retell AI’s culture, roles, and interview process.
• Evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, motivations, and role alignment.
• Maintain organized pipelines, notes, and follow‑ups.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and set expectations.
• Communicate consistently with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Identify pipeline gaps and recommend proactive solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, focusing on technical or go‑to‑market roles, preferably in fast‑paced startups.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of interviews and candidates.
• Strong pipeline management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Independent, fast‑moving work style with confidence partnering with hiring managers.
• Comfortable working Pacific Time hours.
