Team Lead – Luxury Retail

About the role

Louis Vuitton Old Orchard is looking for a motivated, client‑centric Team Lead to act as an ambassador of the brand. You will support the Store Director and Team Managers in mentoring staff, building strong client relationships, and delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive client and business development by identifying product needs based on client profiles and market trends.
• Oversee selling activities and floor management to achieve sales targets.
• Support and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Store Director and Team Managers to co‑create sales strategies.
• Optionally champion a specific product category.

• Strong communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Experience mentoring and developing retail teams.
