Part-Time Sales Assistant – Media & Advertising

About the role

Connoisseur Media is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to support its Outside Sales Executives and Director of Sales in Long Island, NY. The role provides essential administrative and operational assistance that keeps the sales process running smoothly and helps drive revenue for radio and digital advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Enter advertising orders and continuity instructions for the traffic department.
• Maintain client information, track sales activity, and update CRM systems with call, proposal, and contract details.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings between sales representatives and prospective clients.
• Assist in creating customized sales presentations and proposals.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide campaign performance updates, and address concerns.
• Generate sales and campaign performance reports.
• Manage sales team paperwork and logistics for sales events.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Entry-level; experience in broadcast/digital media or graphic design is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Required skills
