Field Service Technician – Oklahoma City

About the role

As a Field Service Technician for Vivint Smart Home, you will install cutting‑edge smart home technology, provide on‑site sales of upgraded solutions, and educate homeowners on how to use their new systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes on‑site and recommend additional equipment or service upgrades.
• Train homeowners on system operation to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership training to advance within the organization.

Required profile

• Customer‑first attitude with strong integrity and rapport‑building skills.
• Sales mindset; experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance or service‑based sales is a plus.
• Technical aptitude; background in cable/satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and ability to pass background and licensing checks.
