About the role
The Client Solutions Manager will join TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team, focusing on the SMB Growth segment. Based in Austin, you will partner with Brand Partnerships Managers to drive revenue, educate advertisers, and deliver consultative solutions that meet client business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a consultant to develop and grow client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
- Create media plans that deliver against client KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing proactive recommendations.
- Project‑manage complex media buys involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and assets.
- Support Sales with pre‑sale research and pitch preparation.
- Serve as an external product expert, educating clients and agencies on TikTok ad solutions and best practices.
- Manage measurement strategy and creative execution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and troubleshoot client issues.
- Collect marketplace feedback and insights to guide advertising strategy and product offerings.
Required profile
- Experience in account management or client service within digital marketing or advertising.
- Proven ability to manage complex client and campaign issues.
- Experience analyzing campaign delivery and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language for non‑technical stakeholders.
