Store Leader – Retail Store

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to head its Prudential Center location. In this position you will shape the store’s culture, drive sales, and develop a high‑performing team while delivering the brand’s elevated customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a customer‑obsessed team, ensuring every guest receives a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized experience.
• Coach and develop team members in real time, fostering strong floor presence and emotional intelligence during high‑volume moments.
• Embed SKIMS mission and values throughout the store, training staff to become product experts and brand ambassadors.
• Oversee daily operations, visual execution, merchandising, replenishment, and store standards.
• Own key business metrics such as P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity, adjusting strategies to drive sales and efficiency.
• Manage scheduling, controllables, and operational tools to optimize performance.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to solve complex problems quickly.
• Business‑savvy mindset, detail‑oriented, and capable of maintaining focus in fast‑moving environments.
