Talent Operations Specialist, Emerging Talent

About the role

Ramp is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to support the internship and new‑grad recruiting lifecycle. You will partner with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, People Ops, and IT to ensure smooth candidate data flow, interview scheduling, offers, onboarding, and intern support.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations across the internship and new‑grad recruiting lifecycle, maintaining accurate candidate and program data in Ashby.
• Partner with recruiting coordinators on candidate communications during high‑volume periods and manage job and offer administration.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, including access, housing, and other intern needs, while tracking recurring work and flagging risks early.
• Improve templates, checklists, and processes, identifying repetitive tasks for automation or AI assistance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent or program operations, university recruiting, events, or similar detail‑heavy service roles.
• Strong organization, follow‑through, attention to detail, and clear, warm communication.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑moving environment and a curiosity for learning new tools.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant‑tracking systems such as Ashby or Greenhouse.
• Familiarity working with Talent, People Ops, IT, Workplace, or Payroll teams.
