About the role
Rho is seeking a Talent Associate to uphold high hiring standards and refine recruitment infrastructure. Reporting to the VP of People & Talent, this role is based in New York and works full‑time on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Build end‑to‑end talent searches and improve the Talent operating rhythm.
- Partner with marketing to strengthen the talent brand through events and brainstorming.
- Develop rigorous hiring processes and advise hiring teams on better searches.
- Use AI tools and experiment with messaging to attract top talent while obsessing over metrics.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years of sales, operations, or similar experience with a BA degree.
- Experience in high‑accountability environments such as startups or fintech.
- High ownership, accountability, and a bias toward action.
- Strong knowledge of the talent market and ability to communicate persuasively.

- Base salary $73,000 – $110,000 USD per year, depending on experience.
