Talent Acquisitions Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Mosaic Puzzles is seeking a Talent Acquisitions Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our fast‑growing startup. This full‑time remote position supports hiring managers across the company, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate employee records and provide onboarding administrative support.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and policies.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and timelines.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and interview facilitation.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and labor law compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing channels and alternative outreach platforms.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
