Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Hightouch is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our hiring teams and create an outstanding candidate experience. You will be the face of the company for candidates applying to Engineering, Product, and Design roles, helping us attract top talent while keeping the hiring process efficient and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the full interview coordination process for 6‑8 recruiters across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Design and continuously improve scheduling and recruiting workflows to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Build trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Communicate clearly with interview panels, recruiting partners, and candidates to keep everyone informed and aligned.
• Identify opportunities to innovate talent acquisition practices in a competitive market.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator or administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently while knowing when to seek help.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑changing environment and able to prioritize ruthlessly.
• Creative and resourceful mindset to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
