Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Full Cycle

About the role

Horizon Media is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for a high‑volume portfolio of roles across finance, corporate, analytics, media planning, biddable media and more. You will partner closely with hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a large number of requisitions across multiple functions and levels.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, the Horizon Media career site and other platforms.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, and lead candidates through negotiations and hiring.
• Partner with hiring teams to gather timely feedback and guide stakeholders through nuanced conversations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records across ATS and provide bi‑weekly status reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements for talent acquisition and interview workflows.
• Ensure a positive, streamlined candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate sensitive conversations and influence decision‑makers.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reporting.
