Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing AI technology company as its third Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will work closely with the CEO and business leaders to recruit internationally across all functions, with a strong focus on tech.

Key responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier‑1 tech hubs worldwide, including passive candidates.
• Implement an AI‑first recruitment stack using AI agents, niche technical communities and unconventional channels.
• Own the full candidate journey from discovery call to final close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in start‑up or scale‑up environments.
• Global sourcing track record from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Goal‑oriented, ownership mindset and comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
