Systems Engineer – New College Graduate

About the role

As a Systems Engineer you will design, integrate and optimize complex semiconductor systems, working closely with cross‑functional teams to develop advanced solutions and write system specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop system solution engineering projects that combine process, hardware, software and applications engineering.
• Create product specifications, conduct rigorous testing, analyse data and provide feedback for improvements.
• Identify and troubleshoot moderately difficult problems from lab testing or field data.
• Collaborate with product managers and field service to translate customer feedback into service solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or a related field.
• Internship or relevant project experience preferred; GPA of 3.0 or higher is a plus.

Required skills

• Systems engineering mindset with ability to define architectures and specifications.
• Testing and data‑analysis skills for evaluating system performance.
• Problem‑solving capability to identify and mitigate risks.
