Systems Engineer – Dedicated Onsite

About the role

Atlas Technica is seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer to work onsite at a high‑profile financial client in Greenwich, CT. You will join a collaborative team of engineers, providing IT support and infrastructure management while gaining rapid technical growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site IT support to end users, handling tickets and maintaining documentation.
• Follow strict change‑control procedures and adhere to organizational guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support, systems engineering, or systems administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating client facilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD).
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy.
• Citrix XenApp, Sophos (or similar endpoint protection).
• Virtualization platforms: VMware, Hyper‑V.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls.
• Experience in an MSP environment, preferably with ConnectWise.
