System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our IT Operations team at our Earth City, MO headquarters. This on‑premise position focuses on managing internal systems, supporting users, and driving infrastructure and security initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and optimize physical and virtual Windows/Linux server infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and related core services.
• Support virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper‑V) and perform routine patching, backups, and health monitoring.
• Provide Tier 2/3 service‑desk escalation support and create system documentation and SOPs.
• Assist with endpoint management, software deployment, and coordinate vulnerability remediation with security teams.
• Participate in after‑hours upgrades, maintenance windows, and on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of system administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent certifications.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Cisco CCNA, VCP, or RHCSA.
