About the role
The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago offers a paid Summer 2027 Internship in Detroit for undergraduate business majors. Interns work 40 hours per week for 10‑12 weeks, gaining hands‑on experience with the Bank’s operations and public‑policy mission.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in project‑based assignments within your assigned department.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, Bank leadership, and fellow interns.
- Present findings and insights to small and medium‑sized groups.
Required profile
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Current matriculated student graduating December 2027 or later with at least a 2.75 GPA.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the full internship duration.
Required skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
