Senior Tax Manager – Hospitality & Family Office

Thomas, Judy & Tucker (TJT) is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead hospitality and family‑office tax engagements. The role combines technical tax expertise with client advisory responsibilities for privately held businesses and high‑net‑worth families.

Key responsibilities

• Advise hospitality owners, restaurant operators, hotel owners, franchisees and family offices on ownership structures, entity reorganizations, succession planning and liquidity events.
• Review and oversee complex tax engagements for restaurant groups, hotel operators, hospitality management companies and related real‑estate entities.
• Coordinate with attorneys, bankers, investment advisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Provide trusted guidance on both business and personal tax matters, recognizing overlaps between closely held businesses and family‑owned assets.

• Strong technical reviewer with experience serving privately held businesses and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Trusted client advisor, mentor and relationship builder who enjoys solving complex tax challenges.
