Store Manager – Upper West Side

About the role

As a Store Manager at Rothy’s Upper West Side location, you will lead a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop store team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Maintain high performance standards through training on SOPs, service expectations, selling skills and product knowledge.
• Lead customer experience initiatives, clienteling, and in‑store events to build brand loyalty.
• Plan and execute business strategies to meet sales and profit goals, manage payroll, scheduling and expenses.
• Oversee inventory processes, visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably in a service‑focused environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong judgment, problem‑solving abilities and operational expertise (scheduling, payroll, inventory).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and use ladders or step stools during shifts.
