About the role
As a Solutions Consultant you will provide education and support to legal customers, build preference for LexisNexis solutions, and drive usage across assigned accounts. The role focuses on retaining and growing revenue while developing strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects to maximize use of LexisNexis products.
- Collaborate with sales partners on strategy, account plans, and lead generation.
- Conduct competitor research and share insights with product, segment, and marketing teams.
- Collect feature and function requirements from customers and communicate them to product teams.
Required profile
- Juris Doctorate degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven training and/or sales experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
