AI Content Optimization Specialist – Contract Intelligence

About the role

We are looking for an AI Content Optimization Specialist to translate complex legal reasoning into production‑ready large language model (LLM) workflows that power contract intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with legal experts, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver reliable, scalable AI‑driven insights for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define high‑impact LLM use cases for contract intelligence, including structured data capture and failure pattern handling.
• Translate legal reasoning into prompt architectures, output schemas, and evidence‑grounded extraction requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to move AI capabilities from prototype to production.
• Convert reviewer guidance, clause libraries, and data models into LLM‑compatible specifications.
• Design solutions for ambiguous clauses, negotiated variants, and edge cases.
• Build evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, completeness, hallucination detection, and consistency.
• Integrate AI features into operational workflows and support adoption, training, and performance monitoring.
• Act as an AI‑fluent legal domain expert, contributing to governance, documentation, and release readiness.

Required profile

• Experience in legal practice, contract review, contract intelligence, contract management, legal technology, or legal operations.
• Fluency with AI and LLM tools, including prompt design, structured outputs, grounding strategies, and model evaluation.
• Proven experience deploying LLM‑powered workflows into production environments.
• Prior work with contract analytics or contract intelligence platforms.
