Knowable AI Content Optimization Specialist II

About the role

We are looking for a Knowable AI Content Optimization Specialist II to transform complex legal reasoning into production‑ready large language model (LLM) workflows. You will partner with legal experts, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to build AI‑driven contract intelligence solutions that deliver accurate, structured data at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define high‑impact use cases for LLMs in contract intelligence, including data capture, prompt design, and exception handling.
• Translate legal reasoning into LLM artifacts such as prompt architectures, output schemas, and evidence‑grounded extraction rules.
• Collaborate with engineering and data‑science teams to move AI prototypes into production.
• Convert reviewer guidance, clause libraries, and data models into LLM‑compatible specifications.
• Design methods for handling ambiguous clauses, negotiated variants, and edge cases.
• Build evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, completeness, hallucination detection, evidence validation, and consistency.
• Integrate AI capabilities into operational workflows and support adoption, training, and performance monitoring.
• Act as an AI‑fluent legal domain expert, contributing to governance, documentation, and release readiness.

Required profile

• Experience in legal practice, contract review, contract intelligence, legal technology, or legal operations.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI and LLM tools, including prompt design, structured outputs, grounding strategies, and model evaluation.
• Proven experience deploying LLM‑powered workflows into production environments.
• Prior experience with contract analytics or contract intelligence platforms.
