Senior Manager, Risk, Compliance and Governance - Healthcare Domain

About the role

Deloitte's Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team in Rosslyn, Virginia, works with client leaders to turn complex risks and an evolving regulatory environment into defensible actions. This Senior Manager role sits within the Healthcare domain and supports federal health clients, using data, AI and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide programmatic support to federal health domain clients, including program integrity services
• Drive portfolio leadership and contribute to the growth of the federal health domain portfolio
• Administer and lead fraud prevention, predictive analytics and claims oversight programs
• Lead large-scale platform transitions to modernized architectures across healthcare analytics systems

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience driving growth, strategic transformation and operational support across the healthcare landscape
• 10+ years of consulting services to government clients
• Able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for the role
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Willingness to travel 10-50% on average
• Preferred: 10+ years supporting healthcare technology portfolios and a Master's degree

What we offer

• Compensation range of $167,000 to $278,300 for roles in Arlington, VA
