Social Media Content Coordinator & Graphic Designer

About the role

Fusion Dance Centre and Ensemble Performing Arts are seeking a creative Social Media Content Coordinator & Graphic Designer to bring their brand and dance community to life across social platforms. This hybrid position combines in‑studio content capture with remote content creation and publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fresh content ideas aligned with audience, programs, events and current trends.
• Capture photo and video during classes, events and everyday studio moments.
• Create and edit Reels, Stories, posts, carousels and short‑form videos for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, calls‑to‑action and hashtags.
• Schedule, post and monitor content performance, tracking key metrics.
• Design branded digital and print graphics, flyers, posters and email visuals.

Required profile

• Professional experience creating and publishing social media content for a business or organization.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels and short‑form video trends.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends with a minimum of 10 studio hours per week.
• Comfortable working around children, teens and families.
