About the role
Join a growing automotive dealership team as a Service Advisor, providing a positive and unique customer experience in a clean, safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
- Report vehicle symptoms accurately as described by customers.
- Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history.
- Prepare detailed estimates for labor and parts.
- Establish follow‑up times and monitor vehicle progress throughout the day.
- Update customers frequently on status.
- Verify final invoices reconcile with performed work.
- Explain completed work and charges to customers.
Required profile
- Proven record of exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
- Above‑average energy level and desire for a long‑term career.
- Personal and professional integrity.
