About the role
Stateline CDJR is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead its busy service department in Fort Mill, SC. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving profitability and maintaining dealership standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of technicians, advisors, and support staff.
- Drive department profitability through efficient shop flow, upsell opportunities, and cost control.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CSI, RO count, and hours per RO.
- Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines and dealership policies.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer‑first service.
- Collaborate with Fixed Ops and Sales to support overall dealership goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in an automotive dealership (3‑5 years).
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- CDJR experience is a plus but not required.

- Proficiency with automotive service management software and related computer systems.
