About the role
The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service drive. You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, obtain vehicle data and service history.
- Identify customer concerns, perform visual inspections or road tests, and discuss findings.
- Prepare detailed repair orders with time, labor, and parts estimates.
- Communicate recommended services, costs, and promised completion times to customers.
- Obtain customer signatures and payment authorizations, including credit approvals when needed.
- Monitor repair progress, update customers on any changes, and secure authorization for additional work.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty procedures.

- Strong dedication to customer service and community focus.
- Motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
