Senior Technical Customer Success Manager

About the role

Sentry is expanding its Technical Customer Success team to help customers adopt the Sentry Platform worldwide. As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager you will become the product expert for customers, ensuring successful onboarding, value realization, and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Become a Sentry product expert and support customers in achieving their technical and business goals.
• Drive customer success through effective onboarding, adoption, value realization, and retention.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and meet business and technical objectives.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor, promoting best practices and innovation.
• Partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities and drive growth.
• Advocate for customers internally, communicating needs and prioritizing product improvements.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Strong industry experience with developers, DevOps, application monitoring, and cloud‑native platforms.
• Experience handling complex, multi‑divisional, multi‑geographical customers.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented mindset with a passion for technology.
