Senior Talent Acquisition & Organizational Recruitment Manager

About the role

Limitlessli is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to drive strategic hiring across multiple healthcare divisions. This role partners directly with executive leadership to build scalable recruitment systems and support long‑term workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for leadership, management, corporate and operational positions, including directors and specialized healthcare staff.
• Partner with executive leadership on organizational structure, hiring priorities, workforce planning and compensation benchmarking.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for hard‑to‑fill, growth‑critical roles and maintain long‑term candidate pipelines.
• Support the design and implementation of Talent Acquisition systems, processes, reporting structures and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate interview processes, onboarding, and leadership transition activities while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience within healthcare or multi‑department organizations.
• Proven experience recruiting management, operational and leadership‑level employees.
• Strong understanding of healthcare organizational structures and operations.
• Ability to work directly with executive leadership in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience building or improving Talent Acquisition infrastructure is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
