Senior Software Engineer – Healthcare Billing

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our fast‑growing engineering teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing healthcare billing products and systems that directly address the needs of our customers. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high scalability, reliability, and performance of our products and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, develop, and maintain complex services, platforms, and features while owning large portions of the product and infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with customers, product managers, designers, and cross‑functional partners to understand needs and devise creative solutions.
• Identify, propose, and lead architecture and design improvements focused on scalability and reliability.
• Contribute to engineering and broader company culture, helping make the workplace the best it can be.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Experience with programming languages, frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms; familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, React, Typescript, GCP, Auth0, and Terraform is a bonus.
• Proven ability to build high‑quality software focused on customer outcomes and make informed trade‑off decisions.
• Ability to own features end‑to‑end and learn new tools across the stack.
• Customer‑first mindset, learner’s attitude, and a passion for teaching others.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of explaining complex ideas simply.
