Manager, Web Platform Owner

About the role

KPMG is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the strategy, architecture and delivery of its web and digital platforms. The role combines product leadership with deep technical expertise to drive modernization and AI‑enabled experiences across the firm’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the web and digital platform roadmap, balancing modernization with continuous improvement across KPMG.com and other digital destinations.
• Lead the evolution of web technology architecture toward a modular, flexible, composable environment.
• Partner with Creative, Web and Content teams to establish common platform capabilities such as CMS, design systems, shared components, search, analytics, identity, integrations and APIs.
• Modernize content management and publishing to support structured content, localization, multichannel delivery and AI‑driven experiences.
• Enable AI‑native digital experiences, defining product governance, performance metrics and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of experience in digital product management, web platforms or enterprise digital technology.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Proven product leadership with multi‑year roadmaps, prioritization frameworks and measurable outcomes.
• Experience modernizing large‑scale enterprise web platforms and migrating to modular or composable architectures.

Required skills

• Drupal (enterprise CMS) and headless/hybrid content architectures.
• API design and integration patterns.
• Component‑based architecture and design systems.
• Search and analytics platforms.
• AI‑enabled digital experiences, conversational interfaces and intelligent search.
• Web governance, accessibility, privacy, security and performance engineering.
