Senior Recruiter, Emerging Talent

About the role

Ramp is looking for a Senior Recruiter to own full‑cycle recruiting for its Emerging Talent programs, including early‑career roles and internships. You will partner with hiring managers across engineering, product and other teams to identify, assess and close high‑potential candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for Emerging Talent positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring needs.
• Engage high‑potential candidates through universities, student communities, events and other channels.
• Lead offer negotiations and support internship program execution, including intern‑to‑full‑time conversion.
• Use recruiting data to monitor pipeline health and inform hiring teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably with early‑career or campus talent.
• Proven ability to identify and engage exceptional candidates and manage high‑volume pipelines.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experimental mindset and willingness to test new sourcing approaches.

Required skills

• Experience using AI tools in the recruiting workflow (optional but preferred).
