About the role
The Switching Solutions team is seeking a passionate, collaborative Senior Product Manager – Technical to deliver innovative, secure, and reliable solutions for Mastercard's core transaction switching systems. The ideal candidate loves connecting business needs with technology and stays current with emerging tech trends.
Key responsibilities
- Work with product teams across Mastercard to understand business needs and translate them into business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to gather estimates, create designs, and drive delivery of requirements.
- Act as the voice of the customer when writing requirements, reviewing designs, and contributing to technical and product documentation.
- Monitor the delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle, including testing, production, and post‑production phases.
Required profile
- Experience in the payments or financial services industry with intermediate knowledge of four‑party payment processing.
- Proven track record of taking ideas from inception to production, including design, testing, implementation, and post‑production monitoring.
- Ability to deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with stakeholders across product, engineering, and executive teams.
- Experience facilitating calls, maintaining documentation, and responding to customer inquiries for owned projects.
- Capability to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Mastercard’s PM‑T best practices and agile delivery methodologies.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary ranging from $104,000 to $177,000 USD per year.
- Potential annual bonus or commissions depending on role.
