Senior Software Engineer – Quality Engineering

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Quality Engineering team to drive adoption of testing, performance, and continuous delivery services across multiple delivery teams, ensuring high‑quality, secure, and seamless payment experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quality engineering, exploratory testing, and test automation across mobile, web, and API platforms.
• Promote adoption of development services such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Performance Engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing practices with evolving product roadmaps and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium for GUI testing and REST/SOAP web service testing.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, JUnit, and agile testing frameworks like JBehave/Cucumber.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or Bamboo) and security analysis tools (Sonar, Checkmarx/Fortify).

What we offer

• Competitive base salary $115,000‑$184,000 USD per year.
