Senior Product Manager – Innovative Lab Solutions

Veeva Systems, a mission‑driven leader in industry cloud for life sciences, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Veeva Labs. Veeva Labs builds innovative applications for internal use and customers, turning strategic needs into high‑quality products that users love. The role works closely with senior leaders to design features, author specifications, prioritize development, and collaborate with engineering, QA, customers, services, market owners, and sales.

Key responsibilities include designing innovative product features across domains, defining solutions with senior leadership, writing high‑quality design specs in an agile environment, prioritizing features based on strategy and customer needs, and driving implementation with engineering and QA teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or product manager, can work independently in a fast‑paced setting, possesses strong analytic and communication skills, and can translate business requirements into technical terms. Technical proficiency is required to convey requirements to developers; UI design skills and mentoring experience are a plus.
