Senior Product Engineer, Full Stack

About the role

SageOx is an early‑stage AI‑focused startup building end‑to‑end collaboration tools. As a Senior Product Engineer you will work on every layer of the stack—from hardware firmware to cloud services and desktop/mobile apps—delivering features that users adopt instantly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship full‑stack features across hardware, firmware, mobile/desktop, web, and cloud services.
• Debug low‑level issues such as lock‑free ring‑buffer bugs in firmware and ensure reliability of real‑time audio pipelines.
• Build and harden Temporal workflows that process recordings continuously, surviving pod evictions without data loss.
• Research and prototype episodic and semantic memory systems and real‑time audio processing improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, owning systems end‑to‑end.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of shipping real products and taking calculated technical risks.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) as part of daily workflow.
• Hands‑on tinkerer who explores side projects and dives deep into topics outside the core domain.
