Senior Principal Scientist – Clinical Research (Breast Cancer)

About the role

The Senior Principal Scientist (Senior Director) leads planning and execution of clinical research for new and marketed oncology medicines, focusing on breast cancer. You will manage the full clinical development cycle, from study design through regulatory reporting and publication, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical development strategies for investigational and marketed oncology drugs.
• Plan, design, and oversee clinical trials, ensuring proper execution and monitoring.
• Analyze clinical data to support safety, efficacy decisions, regulatory submissions, and publications.
• Supervise Clinical Scientists and coordinate with commercialization, regulatory, statistics, and manufacturing experts.
• Maintain scientific expertise, engage with leading investigators, and represent the company at scientific meetings.

Required profile

• MD or MD/PhD with industry or senior academic experience.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical medicine experience and 3 years in drug development or biomedical research.
• Board‑eligible or certified in Oncology (and/or Hematology) preferred.
• Strong scientific publication record and demonstrated leadership in clinical research.
