Senior Manager, Head of Talent Operations

About the role

Ramp is seeking a strategic and operationally rigorous Senior Manager to lead its Talent Operations function. You will oversee a team of four professionals and the operational backbone of a rapidly growing 40‑person recruiting organization, ensuring scalable and efficient hiring processes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Talent Operations professionals.
• Own and optimize the full recruiting tech stack, including ATS, scheduling, sourcing, CRM, and interview tools.
• Manage headcount planning, forecasting, and operational tracking in partnership with finance.
• Design and run end‑to‑end interview scheduling and operations for high‑volume hiring.
• Scale core recruiting programs such as interviewer enablement, referrals, and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with global hiring regulations and support international expansion.

Required profile

• 8+ years of operations experience, with at least 3 years in talent or recruiting operations.
• 3+ years managing high‑performing teams.
• Experience supporting a large recruiting organization (30+ recruiters preferred).
• Strong headcount and workforce planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes in high‑growth environments.
