Senior Customer Activation Manager – Partnerships

About the role

Ramp is seeking a Senior Customer Activation Manager to own activation and early growth of partner‑referred customers. As an early member of the Partnerships team, you will shape the Partner Success program and define implementation motions that drive activation and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key partners in Accounting, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.
• Serve as trusted advisor, understanding partner business models, goals, and challenges.
• Develop and deliver onboarding and education on Ramp’s integration and configuration options.
• Work with partners and their customers to ensure efficient, thorough onboarding at scale.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of post‑sales/onboarding experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota or key metrics.
• Exceptional project and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• Fluency with partner ecosystem operations.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics.
