Senior Contracts Specialist, NPI & Contracting

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to join its New Product Introduction and Contracting team. The role will drive critical supply agreements from concept through signature, partnering with legal, procurement, logistics, finance and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and execute complex supply‑chain agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of contract templates, clauses, and approved fallback positions.
• Provide practical contract guidance on commercial terms, risk allocation and compliance.
• Lead or support vendor negotiations while balancing risk, legal requirements and long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of contract management experience in a supply‑chain or procurement context.
• Proven success negotiating complex vendor or supply agreements.
• Experience with multiple contract types such as purchase, service and strategic partnership agreements.

Required skills

• Ironclad or similar contract lifecycle management software.
