Senior Commercial Contracts Manager

About the role

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to own the end‑to‑end contracting process for its life‑science and health‑tech business. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be the primary point of contact for drafting, negotiating and closing a wide range of customer and supplier agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for pharma collaborations, clinical trial services, SaaS subscriptions, device supply and health‑system partnerships.
• Negotiate data‑rights provisions, including ownership, licensing scope and secondary‑use restrictions for EEG and sleep data.
• Ensure HIPAA Business Associate Agreements and GDPR considerations are addressed in all contracts.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks and negotiation positions as regulations evolve.
• Oversee the contract repository, tracking renewal dates, milestones and expirations.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience negotiating commercial agreements in‑house, at a law firm or as a paralegal/contracts professional supporting life‑sciences, health‑tech or SaaS companies.
• Proven ability to independently draft and close customer‑facing agreements from first draft to signature.
• Strong understanding of data‑rights concepts and the commercial impact of ownership and licensing terms.
• Working familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR issues in commercial contracts.
• Based in the continental United States and comfortable reporting directly to the General Counsel.
