Contract Management Lead, Supply Chain

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a Contract Management Lead to head its Supply Chain contracting function, building a center of excellence and guiding contracts from concept to signature.

Key responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing contracting team.
• Establish contracting standards, processes, and training programs.
• Partner with legal to maintain a library of contract templates and clauses.
• Develop best‑practice policies and procedures for all supply agreements.
• Support complex vendor negotiations and ensure contracts align with business objectives and risk mitigation.
• Present contract status, terms, and risks to leadership.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of contract management experience, with 3+ years leading teams.
• Proven success negotiating complex supply agreements.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply‑chain contracting.
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and legal principles.

Required skills

• Expert‑level contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
• Familiarity with Ironclad or other contract lifecycle management software.
