- Negotiate and close the first formal partnership agreements, develop partnership theses, executive sponsor plans and target practice strategies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Ramp, bringing Account Executives, Customer Success, Product and AI Solutions into each firm relationship.
- Maintain operating cadence with relationship maps, firm plans, account maps and next‑step tracking.

- 6+ years of experience in consulting, alliances, partnerships or a related role, preferably with a top‑tier professional services or global consulting firm.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to earn trust quickly with senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of how large, matrixed professional services firms operate and incentivize technology partners.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
What we offer

- 401(k) with employer match, fertility HRA, parental leave, pet insurance and wellness stipend.
- Remote equipment ordering, weekly coffee stipend and in‑office perks such as lunch, snacks and drinks.
- Relocation assistance to NYC or SF if needed.
