Senior Account Manager - AI Digital Transformation Consulting

About the role

AgileEngine is looking for a Client Partner to act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives at large US enterprises, defining and leading AI-driven digital transformation strategies from inception through execution. The role partners with clients on AI adoption initiatives, translates complex technology into business outcomes and oversees account performance together with delivery and engineering teams. It requires deep IT services consulting experience, strong technical fluency and quarterly travel to the US.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives in large enterprise organizations.
• Define and lead strategic initiatives on digital transformation, modernization and AI adoption.
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases and support end-to-end execution.
• Help organizations turn complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach.
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in IT services or custom software development.
• Experience in large enterprises, including digital transformation or modernization programs.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with availability to travel to the U.S. once per quarter.
• Nice to have: experience in financial services.
