About the role
Join Aaron’s, a leader in the sales and lease‑to‑own retail sector, as a Sales Manager. You will be the face of the store, driving customer satisfaction, generating leads, and ensuring the showroom remains inviting.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and close sales leads while processing renewal payments.
- Maintain showroom floors, handle merchandise, and assist with deliveries when needed.
- Build and sustain long‑lasting relationships with customers and vendors.
- Set sales targets, develop marketing strategies, and drive new business.
- Support the General Manager with daily operational tasks.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Interest in marketing and a desire to make a difference for customers.
- Minimum age 21 (18 in Canada) and a high school diploma or equivalent; college or prior management experience preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license meeting DOT requirements (U.S.).
- Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am and 9 pm.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lb unassisted and 300 lb with a dolly.
