Sales Manager – Retail & Lease‑to‑Own

About the role

Join Aaron’s, a leader in the sales and lease‑to‑own retail sector, as a Sales Manager. You will be the face of the store, driving customer satisfaction, generating leads, and ensuring the showroom remains inviting.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and close sales leads while processing renewal payments.
  • Maintain showroom floors, handle merchandise, and assist with deliveries when needed.
  • Build and sustain long‑lasting relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Set sales targets, develop marketing strategies, and drive new business.
  • Support the General Manager with daily operational tasks.

Required profile

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Interest in marketing and a desire to make a difference for customers.
  • Minimum age 21 (18 in Canada) and a high school diploma or equivalent; college or prior management experience preferred.
  • Valid state driver’s license meeting DOT requirements (U.S.).
  • Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am and 9 pm.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lb unassisted and 300 lb with a dolly.
