About the role

The Chefs' Warehouse is a leading broadline food service distributor that partners with premium chefs across the United States. As Regional Sales Manager you will lead a team of sales associates, drive growth in your district and ensure profitability aligned with company values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan and sales strategy to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a team of Sales Associates, conducting regular one‑on‑one reviews.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, creating action plans to penetrate prospects.
• Oversee pricing proposals, ensuring competitive rates while protecting margin.
• Manage expenses and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Recruit and hire Sales Associates in collaboration with senior management.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in food service or wholesale distribution.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong relationship‑management expertise and understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
