On-Premise Sales Representative – Sonora, Columbia & Murphys

About the role

We are looking for an On‑Premise Sales Representative to manage a territory covering Sonora, Columbia, Murphys, Riverbank and Oakdale, CA. The role involves building relationships with on‑premise accounts, promoting our beer, wine and spirits brands, and driving sales growth. The position is full‑time and requires a personal vehicle for customer visits.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts daily, establishing efficient routing patterns.
• Analyze each account to identify sales opportunities and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage bar placements and promotions.
• Maintain product inventory on‑site, restocking shelves where permitted.
• Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
• Process credits, returns and manage receivables, communicating on aged balances.
• Handle customer issues, deliver products in extenuating circumstances, and refer matters to management as needed.
• Achieve sales, volume and merchandising targets set by management.
• Monitor inventory levels, alerting management to potential stock fluctuations.
• Ensure brand visibility using point‑of‑sale materials and collect payments from accounts.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply via the internal Career Portal.
• Resides within or is commutable to the territory.
• Owns a reliable vehicle for daily customer visits.
• Passionate about customer service and thriving in a fast‑paced sales environment.
